Received the new cable with the booklet. I have the A60 coupler on a single axle trailer with disc brakes. A few problems have come up: 1) When removing the inner assembly from the outer assembly of the coupler a small s or z shaped piece of rod fell out. Problem is, I cant find it on any diagram. Any ideas on what it is and where it goes?2) The cable is very tight around the shock absorber bearing, so much so that it will not pull thru. This is the way the the original was, and it broke at the bushing. 3) When replacing the inner assembly, it would not go all the way in, shy by about 1/2 inch. Should I loosen the shock bolt, take up the 1/2 inch and tighten it down?
