Breaker problem

Last night night fishing and using a spot light I tripped something, both depthfinders went off, the running lights went out, gauges lit up big motor ran and Minkoto worked,. Anyone know if I just need to reset a breaker somewhere or by a breaker? 201 PumaFTD 250 proXS.

Thanks, i will try that. Could not figure it out so found a nook and put the sleeping bag on the deck and played it safe. Too many crazy lice on the water.
