Has anyone replaced the plastic head of the trolling motor My buddy clipped his minn kota underneath a dock broke the head off the shaft thought Id ask around before he replaced the whole thing Thanks Chris
Just repaired my motorguide did the same thing on a dock .ordered the parts from http://www.jonestrollingmotor.com took about a week to get the parts about an 2 hours to do the repair. Cost me around $50.00 for the parts with shipping Brian
Try On-Site Trolling Motors at Lake Fork at http://www.trollingmotorparts.comDepending on which model you have, the top and bottom cover are about $15 each. Its a fairly common repair mistake. Really made of some cheap plastic. They should be a little more durable! JamesJames
