We were browsing a post regarding a fender replacement this morning and we noticed the price tag we were familiar with from a competitor. It was atrociously high, though in the range we expected for that brand. As consumers, often nothing aggravates any of us more than having to buy a proprietary part from company Z and it costing way more than we know it should. So much that we base our purchase decisions for a lawn mower, refrigerators and washer/dryers on this topic. Repair costs are a part of our purchasing process in so many things, as is service. Though on a boat, motor and trailer seldom are concerns of replacement costs a part of our buying decision. At BCB we try to offer our parts reasonably and within the realm of reality. Some may seem high at first glance, though we also know we are well within cost ranges and lower than the replacement market on many items. Replacement costs on fenders are a factor and there are so many more. Just that extra dual console seems high in price, though these are priced below most competitive brands. Plus we make them accessible for those without a dealership close by. Guess this is our little thing post for things that go unnoticed. BCB

From first-hand experience, I have found BCB to be competitively priced for the market. As do many others, I want the best quality in anything I purchase; and thats what I can count on every time from BCB. When others notice and comment on my Sabre, I can with confidence recommend BCB, knowing everyone can expect to receive the best quality and price available, knowledgeable and friendly advice, and great service. From personal experience, I know BCB is quick to solve and remedy any issues that may arise, and have even provided free service and/or replacement parts when the occasion warranted . . . and in one instance even when it wasnt! For quality, service, integrity, and follow-thru BCB cannot be beat! Duane

I also can attest to quality and price!!! currently redoing 88 p2 and have found most replacement parts to be below what all other places have priced out.. steering for one!!!

I just wish you had more in your online store…I know you have many more things that youll sell if we give you a call; the thing is knowing about them. For example, I just bought a set of jackplate bolts from you guys via the phone and did so because I know when I get it itll be the right thing. I dont have to worry about size, length, thread (fine), grade, etc. that I would to find it local; and Ive had even the local (former) BassCat dealer even sell me the wrong thing before. But theyre not on your stores website. Theres been other stuff Ive bought that way too that werent on the website.Deke
