mine went in pretty nice. you have to remove the the whole area that the seats are sitting in to take the old ones off. my seats overall were shorter in width as my old ones so i divided up the space and marked the edges of the seats on the fiberglass when i got them where i wanted them with tape. used the screws on the aluminum frame bottoms(one on each side(left and right)). i then used some of the old hardware to though bolt the back of the seat. i do not know if you have a middle seat or box but i have the seats and they are installed with rivets. just be sure to use the right size drill bit when you drill the holes for them. i tested a few sizes on an old bucket before i to the drill bit to the fiberglass. after you have it all mounted you will need to cut the screws back from the underside with some sorta cutters, this way you do not hit the gas tank when you reinstall the whole section of seating. also predrill before installing the phillips head screws.
The best solution would be to call Service next week, and if there is not an answer there ask for the Production Manager. He will be the next best help to Service. Dont forget you may need that #2 square drive also. BCB

Looks Great!!Dan
the new seats and the motor cover looks really sharp!
Refreshing older rigs is always a nice post.
Looks great! Thinking about doing the same on 01 Sabre. Any problems? Did they seal off storage OK? Did it affect legroom? we already have the step box, love that.
No problems they are very easy to install. I was a little nervous at first but with some help from the guys on here it all went smoothly. Richard also clarified a few things for me as well. Many thanks to BCB, Richard and everyone on this forum. This is why I will always be in cat. It didnt really effect leg room but they do sit a little higher which makes the steering wheel seem lower. It doesnt hurt anything but Im going to put in tilt helm just to make it more comfortable. Im not sure if they will be as dry it looks like they may leak some around the back corners. Im going to try some things to remedy it. Maybe the weigh bag or food tray ideas I saw on here. Thanks again everyone.
Thanks
Looks great. Nice job.
