Thanks to Mr. Tommy Yetts for expediting my trailer bunk replacement yesterday. Rockwall Marine surely does rock. Sad to say I did have some slight damage to my hull. Wished they would have stuck with the carpet. Oh well, we will get her fixed. Really love my new cat. After running Skeeters, Nitros, and Stratos this is by far the best constructed and fastest boat i have ever owned.

May I ask what kind of damage did you see as a result of the new bunk material?

I havent actually noticed the damage. When the boat was lifted off the trailer for the new bunk replacement, it was inspected and apparently had some blistering and scratches. I found out yesterday that it will be going back to the factory.

We have not found any blistering in the past several years on hulls. Damage from bunks occasionally, blistering we have not seen in several years of production. Since this ones coming back to BCB we will be very interested in inspecting it. BCB

Its good to know there is still some companies that truly care about there products and making them better. Even with the changes that have been made the customer still matters. As owners we need to remember our dealers and BassCat are a phone call away and nobody out there does it better!
