Thanks everyone for the input. I currently do not know anyone with a Sabre. That is why I was asking my questions.
My desire for a boat with warranty is because we have had 3 motors on 2 different boats blow. The first one was an ‘77 Evinrude that we knew it’s days was number. Since we got our Pantera my son got a plastic bag hung on the lower unit last year and blew the EFI we had. It was easy to start, the compression was good when I checked just a few weeks earlier, and it had a new Mercury lower on. The only good thing was that insurance did pay on it, but not what I really thought it was worth. Now we have a blown ‘99 Optimax, no compression on No. 6. It had been running good and starting great then it just quit starting easy and started running ruff all at once.
