This buzzer fell out from under the dash on my 2007 Puma. Engine is Mercury 225. Alarm for engine functions seems to be OK. Any idea what this is for? Does it need to be replaced?
It is the warning buzzer on your Mercury harness and is on the ignition line. If its not going beep when you turn it on, youve figured out why.
Warning buzzer still beeps when key is turned. Maybe this is part of the SmartCraft gauge package. Dealer has not been able to identfy a part number.
