.I’ve worked on a new product to help rod tip management on our new Caracal. It’s the Console Buddy and it keeps rod tips organized. I don’t need 8 cup holders so I’ve come up with two products for the front of the boat that for me are more important. (we still have 6 cupholders) The Buddy is made of powder-coated aluminum, polished aluminum, stainless bolts and our coolfoot foam (16 colors available). The Buddy has room for 7 rods but as you can see in the photos, 5 are all I want on each side of my deck. The Buddy is held in place with an aluminum cross-bar that is threaded for a stainless bolt that clamps the Buddy in place. I’m curious if there’s any interest in this newest product from Central Coast Bass Fishing. In 2005 I invented the coolfoot pads for trolling motor pedals. In 2008 I introduced our Mend-it soft bait glue and in 2005 I came up with the Bac Rac rod rack line, it’s been fun and good life for my wife and I. http://www.centralcoastbassfishing.com
