What does everyone use to clean there carpets? I wanna do it this weekend, any help would be great.

The carpeting in the floor of mine was also shot but I think it was due to water leaking through the cover and not having the bow elevated enough to drain. My decks look fine and now the floor does too. I was also told that the red will fade quicker which is why it may look worse.

I would suggest pulling the old carpet up and cleaning it really good, then taking it to your local Rhino Liner place and have it sprayed in your choice of colors. One of my best friends did this to his 1995 pantera II and it came out great. His is sprayed in Burgandy and He replaced the carpet on the front and back decks at the same time. This is definately the route I will take when it comes time for me to replace mine. Only negative is the cost. It will be around 500 just to spray the floor area. You cant hurt that carpet! Clean it with washing power like Tide or something that doesnt make a lot of suds. Ive had oil (more than I want to talk about) from a Ford Diesel in mine and I used washing powder to clean.

A good wet vac will remove a lot of residue that gets bedded down in the carpeting. The flood and vac system works well.

Water and vinegar mix and a stiff brush, then an open ended water hose to flood rinse it.
