Because they are bass boats, not saltwater boats. Seriously, there is a poster on here “TotalBeverage” that did a complete restoration of an older Pantera. He even did the trailer in a lining……….I think some of it , that is using carpet, may not be just a cost factor but also people/families/kids sometimes like to kick off the shoes and relax.
