On the New models with the center fuel tank, under the seats. Is there baffles in the tank to stop the fuel from sloshing from side to side. When it gets down to half tank, can you feel it when you make a turn. Thanks in advance.
There is a fin in the tank appx. 2″ tall on each side of the center area, with an area bout the size of your finger for transfer around each end front and back. Plus there is a sump area in the center of the tank that captures the fuel to prevent starving also. BCB
If it helps, I ran a 06 and 07 Puma and always used the center tank. My 07 never had fuel in the rear tanks when I sold it they were still dry. I never felt the fuel moving around in that tank. I also most of the time kept is no less than a 1/4 tank by the end of a trip with no ill effects from fuel moving or starving the engine. I hope that helps. Judd Lasiter
