We are not assuming we didn’t make an error here, as they could have used wrong rivets under the rub rail. communication exists with the Service staff for a resolution to your issue. It is chalking of the gel and it may exist on others we are not aware of. Those are likely hidden by the silicone seal, which appears compromised as your rub rail is leaking there. Silicone is reasonably flexible, which makes us question why the seal issue exists?
Are you the original owner? Is not then it’s possible the bait had work prior, the rub rail may have been knocked out of place at a dock, or loading and unloading. This may have done more than compromise that seal and we have seen several with the rub rail shifted there from impacts.
The service team has a resolution to tighten that area and they will be glad to share it.
