.I have a 2021 Cougar 203, I owned a 2013 Puma FTD, The 203 hull is about 4 mph slower than my Puma, but holeshot is way better, probably due to the 4 stroke. My hole shot is about 1 boat length, but I’m also running lithium trolling batteries. I came out of an ’18 Lynx with a 250 SHO, I love the Hybrid! My goal was 68-70 tournament loaded at 2300 feet elevation, it does that without drama, 2 guys, full tanks. Speeds at our elevation are usually 3 or 4 mph lower than sea level speed. The rough water ride is great, and where I fish the most it’s usually rough. 
That one was 5.7, we caught a 6.27 during the tournament that saturday. Here’s a 6.03 from last week!
