You will have to pull the plate for the trolling motor plug and I recommend putting tape on the wrench to hold the nuts in place, and a string in case you drop the wrench, when you go to unbolt the old one. also watch that you dont drop the backing plates. on mine they used cut off Motorguide isolators as cushioning between the mount and deck.
