Charger is bad

Have heard good things about customer service at Noco. Might be a faster turnaround if you contact their warranty department directly.

They can handle it either way. Sorry for the issue and they can help or NOCO can help, its all up to you.

On any digital motor (some Motorguides have an on/off switch on the side of the footpedal), the power needs to be disconnected from the trollingmotor for both charging and safety reasons when not being used. The off position on the MK does not disconnect it from the battery. This question comes up frequently over on BBC.
