I have an on board 3-bank 15A Dual Pro charger and used to leave the trolling motor (Tr82) plugged in all the time. After going through two digital lower sections, the motorguide repair place asked me if I left it plugged in during charging. They said some charging waveforms can harm the digital motors. Ive been unplugging it since and no more problems. Just my $.02 but wanted to advise based on my experience with this.
