I was told by the dealer I ordered my boat from that I would receive a(2)life jackets , a fishing jacket, and hat from BassCat. I have my boat…does the dealer have to order the stuff or do I just call Basscat and give them my info., or better yet, was this even true?

When we bought ours, the dealer asked us for sizes and colors and we recieved everything BCB a few weeks later. Bass Cat has been good to deal with. It has been refreshing to find a company that still seems to value their customers. Be sure to go to the OI if you have time.

Sounds like it is true then. The dealer I went thru are top notch folks…but as busy as they seem to be, might takeem some time to get a clothing thing done…..wonder if BassCat would let me bypass the middle man?

Just let the dealer handle it..it is part of the registration process. The clothing would still take a couple of weeks anyway. Go ahead and enjoy that new boat!96 Eyra/12 Mercury 175 Pro XS with 2015 single axle trailer2017 Victory Gunner

Good rule of thumb it 6 weeks, give Dorry and the dealer time to get things put together and shipped. If you have questions you should go through your dealer but you could call BCB, they wont turn anyone away. Heck look at the crew here Judd Lasiter

The hat and jackets are handled with the registration. We are not sure how those Life Vests would have been handled as there has not been a promotion on those for several months. The present promotion is varied MSRP credits for your choice of items, though it is only now enacted. BCB
