saturate the area with water, try vinegar mixture or just pour a small amount pn stain and use brush and elbow grease, if that doesnt get it use just the tiny smidge of simple green

The Peregrine 250 is not only a great cleaner for your boat but it will also remove difficult stains such as blood from the carpet, so I would try it on Coffee as well.
