The wiring would be your biggest issue. Even rigs with tinned wiring have issues over time. Your brakes will be gone in no time unless you can rinse the whole trailer in fresh water after each trip to salt. I have a buddy in Lower Alabama, who moved there from Indiana. His trailer (not a BassCat) was toast in 2 years and it was in good shape prior to moving down there. You will fight a battle with your trolling motor wiring and with your electronics as well. It can be done, but it requires a lot of work, each time you use your rig in the salt. I lived down there for 4 years, used my Baycat for one of those years in salt. Had to replace wire ends on all battery cables twice. Had to replace circuit breakers twice in that year as well. Not to mention the trailer light wiring corroding where BCB made splices.
