Converting pantera classic trailer from fixed length to swing away tongue

Has anyone tackled this project before . I knew a guy years ago who had a conversion done on a Champion trailer for a few hundred dollars but was wondering how hard it would be for a basscat trailer ?

How old of a trailer and do you have a picture of the frame? Ive had one done before

I dont have one yet I am considering purchasing 2013 Pantera classic and right around the tip of the bow the trailer is very busy with the roller , winch , and brake mechanism .
