Perhaps some insulation has slide down and blocking hole?Can you stick a knife thru the white stuff?

Found my cooler drain issue. Had a small piece of paper that got down the drain. Successful removal with tweezers, the patient has fully recovered! Now, seems someone still owes me a jacket???? Just kidding, I know you all have been busy. Thanks for your quick response on my problem.Don
