cougar ae with 225 pro xs

about how fast should a 2009 cougar advantage with a 225 pro xs run. ive looked on bbc under their boat listings but there are only a few with this exact set up and they are saying different top end speeds

Somewhere around lower 70s loaded down. It may run over mid 70s empty, though we dont think so loaded. There are a few exceptions though. BCB

what is the best prop for this boat?

We did prefer a 27 Trophy with varying plugs and vent ring, though some newer models have a 25 Fury and it is user friendly.

I have this rig in a 08 model… It is a different hull tho. Runs 74 loaded with 2 ppl…. Got it up to 77 a few times alone. 26P Fury is what im running but the hulls are a little different from a 08 to a 09
