I am planning on buying a Lowrance 112 from a friend and plan to Ram mount it to my console on my P4. I am going to take the 522Ci that I have and put it up front. I would like to get something nice to cover the hole in the dash. Does anyone know if there are aftermarket/ custom places that do this. Anyone have any ideas or have done this on their Cats? what color is the dash? got any pics? I have to think you could easily make a cover out of starboard, put a nice 1/4 round over edge on it with a router.Advantages are taken, not handed out…

Personally i would get a piece of black powdercoated diamond plate and bolt it to the dash to cover the hole, then i would attach the swivel ram mount to the diamond plate, looks good and allows for the new electonics to be installed without drilling additional holes in the console for the ram mount

To cover the hole in the dash I just bolted a piece of aluminum over the hole and attached the ram mount to it.
