I checked the FAQ and found a thread that was similar, but not exactly the problem I have. One of my banks in my Cul-M-Rite will not turn on when plugged in. Brand new issue, just charged all three batteries on Saturday after I got off the water. I am no where near electrically proficient so please barney style any responses. I did everything in that other thread, unplugged the TM, took the TM lead off, switched leads around, no change. There is a black thing on the negative lead which looks like it houses a fuse, but the rubber grommet around it is sealed tight, so that may be an issue, but I dont know. 2004 boat by the way. That is a fuse and you need to check it. On a 2004 you may be on the far end of the life cycle if you use it much and it sounds like you do.

Thanks, BCB. I was afraid of that answer. Yes, I am on the water generally 3+ times a week, if not more. And I get a full charge every time I get off the water. Cut away the shrink wrap on the fuse, changed it with an identical fuse, 250V 10AMP. No change. Any other tests I can do? Left it plugged in overnight and now the third bank is working again. Maybe moisture that finally dried out? Hopefully this charger can last until after the New Year. But beyond that if I get a check at the BASS Federation Virginia Region 7 Open I think Im going to upgrade anyway. Wish me luck.- Chaz

SN, did you check for voltage at the battery, or is the light just not turning on?I have the same charger. One of the lights works intermittently. When light is out though, if I put a voltmeter to the leads at the battery, it reads as still supplying juice.Had the same issue with the 4 bank version of this charger… wasnt so lucky. If the light was out, there was no juice.
