I have a 2004 Cougar FTD with the Cull M Rite onboard charger…recently when I plug it in bank #2 will show “Charged” and banks 1 and 3 will take awhile to charge (like normal). So after noticing this twice I checked out bank 2 and battery two and tested that battery at only around 50% after showing “Charged (green light). I put this battery on an external charger and it took a charge and is sitting at 12.6 volts….why is my charger showing green when the battery is not fully charged? For reference the batteries its charging are all 31 series wet cell for my 36 volt TM (water levels good on all three but they are from April 2017). I have a 60 AMP breaker I always turn off before charging. is the charger shot? bad battery?
