I bought my 07 Classic used and it has the diamond steel plate/hot foot mount I think you are talking about. It is really nice. Provides for a foot plate for your left foot too. If I ever sell my boat, I’d like to take it to put in the next Cat though I’m not sure if it will move easy model to boat model. It does put the hot foot at a more natural angle with your leg. I don’t recall anything on it to indicate who make it or I’d share the info.
