If by jw holes you mean community holes yep found em lol i caught 12 keepers only one under 16 1/4 and all of them were returned at the ramp at the end of the day after spending all day in green water. I was going to weigh my best 5 but couldnt find my scales when i got to the ramp. I have only fished dardnelle a few times but after a few tough weeks on brewer and the ferry (tough for me not everyone apparently) i was ready for a change of scenery and it was a nice change

Probably had the place to yourself Thursday..Id say I was completely jealous of that trip.I worked all week and now enoying another great weekend being on call…Emergency room already callin…Woohooo!C.O.D. yeah i have thursdays and fridays off work so it makes it pretty nice for fishing but what i was saying is i caught those fish on community holes i dont know where jw fishes and i dont know that lake so i just fished community holes although someone gave me directions to the strip pits i didnt do very well in there prob b/c i dont know it but yes it was a great trip especially if you grow up on the ferry days like that arent a common occurence

I hear of a bunch of people fishing there looks good but i didnt catch much there and it looks like it could get pretty dang crowded in there the bad part is you have a great day like that and i prob couldnt even have got a check in a tournament on that lake lol pretty amazing fishery
