Dash mounted Helix 7 removal

BCB, what type of adhesive do you use to dash mount electronics units. I want to remove my Helix 7 from the dash but don’t want to destroy it.
Can it be pried out?

mine was held in by bracket that you unscrewed on my classic. Might want to check there first.

Thanks Danieltx11, there is no bracket on the back of mine. I expected to see one though. It’s just glued in with something.
