Something i do every year for a friend @ Ar. Hospitality , who own the Ar. Big Bass Tournament. Must admit i wasnt prepared to do a live segment, but it went o.k., and the folks at channel 4 were nice. Should be a good weekend on the river, but with the temps there will be alot of fish mishandled and probably wont make it through the weigh-in and release process,,,,this has always been my greatest concern in having the tournament this time of year, but not my choice. For those of you fishing, good luck, and be careful to hydrate well, and take care of your fish. Ice the livewell and recirculate the water, also add about 1/3 cup of non iodized salt per five gallons of water in the well, and exchange the water in the well every four hours or so.
