Not toast though. Took my 97 PII 150 FITCH to H20 in Little Rock. Larry said it needed a new Ignition Module. Just not sure I want to put that into it. Boat is in good shape and clean but I may sell and save up for a newer one. Any suggestions? Going to see if I can find part cheaper and probably put up for sell then. I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I do know what it feels like to be boatless bank trash and it sucks. Never had a problem with it before.
Check E-Bay for a used ignition module and we think they were around $400 new. Though you should know yourself on that. From memory we think we assumed it was an ECU a (Ignition Module) a few weeks ago and suggest you visit a dealer. There should be plenty of Fichts out there with no top end and an electrical system laying around. Try E-Bay, then go to Scream and Fly and one of the gearheads there may have one stashed on a popped Ficht. BCB

Step away from the can… White river I am sure that larry probably called tom booth over at riverside in NLR to see if he had one laying around but I would ask larry to see. Tom has a huge omc/brp shop and would possibly be able to find what you want. I did see a boat over there the other day that I believe had been in a mans yard for years that he got for parts alone. I will say that tom has an allison with a 150 ficht that will run like you cant imagine with his 300lb offensive lineman son(literally) in it. But Tom and Larry both run two of the most “hopped up” motors I have ever seen.Last edited by clownshoes on September 19th, 2009, 3:54 pm, edited 1 time in total.C.O.D. Jr. III
