Yes, wipe the area with the primer in the snap pen and it has a felt tip. This does insure a better adhesion. Heres a kicker, we use a lesser grade primer at BCB for decal adhesion. We can give or sell you this ampule with no regulations and limitations, though we can not use it at BCB due to the ingredients and percentage of a particular chemical in the mix. Sort of funny we can provide it, ship it and cant use it.
