I guess we cant post in High Cottons thread anymore but I feel the need to respond to “Deep Structure”. First of all, congrats on the most out of left field post of that thread. I never said anything about outrunning anybody. High cotton is running a 250 and Im running a 225 so naturally he is faster. If I wanted to race, I would own an Allison but I enjoy a boat that fishes good and rides good so get your panties out of a wad and learn how to fish instead of race. Bass tournaments dont write checks for fastest boat but Im sure you know that because youve probably never cashed a check. I bet you dedicated your name to your last basscat tearing up all those 4 footers up there. I think there was a picture taken: High Cotton even sent me a screen shot of your boat from his structure scan when he was up at Kentucky Lake: Lighten up guys. We are a bunch of friends having a good time joking with each other. If you are going to take our posts seriously then you probably dont need to be reading them.
We locked the thread after the reference was made and we thought you were having fun. We prefer at this board not get out of direction and we try to monitor it between several who watch this board at BCB. The reference to another brand of boat is find with us, though not in the situations presented. Fun is fine the intensity is not, so play like adults and not first graders. We hope all the BCB Family respects other brands and their owners. BCB

We figured those reading the thread could see we were joking with each other. Like I said earlier, if they are going to take what is said on an internet message board seriously when it is obvious that we are joking, then they need to stop reading our posts. We all respect each others fishing abilities and we know that Ranger, Basscat, Triton, skeeter, etc all make good boats. Just like cars, different people have different tastes and preferences. Thanks for letting us have a good time on your board. A little comic relief in life is never a bad thing, especially with all the stressors out there. Im sure you guys at BCB dont mind all the extra traffic on your site. Somebody might see a boat they like and decide to buy one. Thanks again.
Like it was said, all good in fun, though some obviously got festered a bit unecessarily and others many have offended those of you visiting the Owners Board. Some commenting we know just hang here, though dont own a BCB. This is our help line for our consumers and we let some go on though we try to monitor it also.
Yeah , fun and games imRick James ,but dont bring the kids into any jokes between men . Looks like you have to time on your hands with the pics posted above . Looks like the kite string comment kinda got to ya alittle . Have a good rest of the year fishing imRick James just make sure you dont get caught and can pass those polygraphs bragging so much. Dont you worry about KY Lake ,cause id hate to take your 5000 $ in a boat race even with you haven a head start in those 3-4 footers . Id give you a chance to win it back in alittle one on one trnament while your up there.
Like I said Deep, I was messing with High Cotton. I dont win all the tournaments by any means and I surely dont cheat. Everybody up here knows me and knows I dont cheat because I dont win often enough. You guys were taking us seriously and we were joking. You need to lighten up some. As far as the race, I dont claim to have the fastest boat but it does ride good in the rough water. Hope you have a good year fishing and learn to take a joke a little better.
Its all good imrickjames , what got me ticked was that you made fun of someones child flppn up their first fish and bragging way to much. The bragging we all can take but the child part is alittle hard to swallow sometimes. Just remember we all love our children and enjoy seeing them catch fish whether its with a float or a flppn stck. Maybe we will let you back in the sandbox to play again soon………..have a good day.

Deepstructure is correct about our kids. The stab was meant for Highcotton though not his son and was said in good fun. Lets cut this guy a little slack here, let him hang out here and see what Bass Cat is all about and well have him in one before long.
