1. I have a 2010 PUMA FTD with a Detwiller Hyd jackplate.My gauge needs adjustment. Shows 1/4 up when all the way down.Is there a way to adjust this gauge?2. What size are the nuts that is on the underneath side of the deck that holds the TM mount on. I need to tighten, and pliers are not really the best tool.3. I broke my Lowrance temp sensor (in half) that is mounted on the transom under the jack plate that hooks to the flasher. How do you fix that?

The nuts are 7/16″ and dont over tighten them. The gauge may need a new sender and we would contact Detwiler for more on that one. The temp sensor should be just a shunt connected in the sump to a stub lead intothe transducer.

Tie a string to that wrench or socket when working on the Trolling motor!!! Just sayin!

I have the exact same problems as well. I understand #1 & #2. I dont understand:”The temp sensor should be just a shunt connected in the sump to a stub lead into the transducer.” ???? Mine broke in half too. I realize it connects to the transducer mounted in the hull.Ryan

They should plug into the transducer. It will be a lead sealed to the puck.

Are you talking about the temp sensor that is screwed to the transom?
