Need someone who is very familiar with basscat hulls to drive my Sabre FTD to see if the excessive mount movement below is contributing to uncontrollable chine walk as Mercury says the video and wear below is normal at only 41.8 hours.

Would also like to drive someones 2-stroke Sabre with a 175hp for comparison as considering a repower at this point.

I am fairly close and had a Sabre for 10 years that I could take to 69 mph. I now have a Eyra that is 80 plus. I live in Shreveport LA if you can get close I will run it for you.

We would have Rockwall Marine check the tolerances in the saddle arms. There may be something else causing this.

Then they should work through Mercury service techs to get more input on this.
