I purchased a Humminbird 598ci Hd Si Combo in July. Apparently they randomly select online purchases to flag for verification. I received an email, and I had to call in and verify my credit card information. I think this is an extra security step, and I think it is an ok idea.The Order shipped the next day after I called to verify my information, and arrived on time, as promised. I am happy with the experience, and once I get the money together for bigger electronics, I will be ordering from them again.
