Does this look right?

I believe the transducer should be on the starboard side.   That looks like a Humminbird Mega transducer. That transducer shield and saver on a Slidemaster jack plate.  The spacer and brackets look like they are correct otherwise.

The angle looks a little forwards and we do mount starboard, though we’ve seen others mounted Port. The angle is also a preference as we like a little forwards, though some advance the angle more for a more forward target

No on the pre-drilled parts. All Plate mountings are different and there are a number of angles and ways to mount the extensions.

These things are a real job to mount as they require placement, drilling, tapping the plate ( real bear on some ) and LokTite on the bolts. Bass Cat is the only company which offers OEM installations of Transducer Shield and Savers because of the trouble.

If you want the most accurate beam, at 90 degrees to the surface of the water, then you first need to level your transducer with TSS accordingly.  It simply involves determining how your boat sits in the water. Here is a 5 minute vid on how to set the correct angle.
