I just ordered two signature series powerpoles and was wanting to verify the mounting brackets that are best for an 08 cougar FTD. They told me the PK-M-2-6-(p) (s)- blk would work fine on it. Also i read on here where BCB mounted the pumps on the underside if the deck on one, How was this accomplished if done after carpet installed? And also if i put one pump on the seat pole then where could i put the other one that would be in a good place. I appreciate all input on this. I will be having them installed in Nacogdoches Tx the later part of this qweek and not for sure if they will know the best place to install them both.

On a 2008 Cougar FTD the pumps are easily installed using the side of the rear storage boxes in that tapered area for the install and bolting the pumps through the side wall.

Where would I install the pump in this ride? I had barely enough room in the old Sabre and short of moving the batteries just cant see a place in the new ride.

Good one….I thought long and hard about a Talon but after seeing one the other day actually mounted I realized that there was no way it was fitting i nthe garage…..and i know all about the four bolts dropping it down ect…..but I fish way to much to do that. The ramp is only 5 mintues from my house and I have been know to go a few times a day. With my old PP all I had to do was hit the button and back it in and out. Might be harder in the beginning to install but would save lots of time in the end. But thanks alot with all your help on the Talon. It was greatly appreciated.

On a single power pole they use the center post and U bolt it to the rear seat post.

Mine are mounted (2) where the Noco Charger used to be on my 2010 Puma. The charger has been moved to the bulkhead just in front of the starboard saddle tank. The nylock nuts for thru bolting are in the locker behind the driver seat.
