e21 warranty??

Anybody had any luck getting a Carrot Stix rod warrantied lately? Ive tried contacting them in every way possible and cannot get any reply from them.

Hey brother, hate to hear your having problems with e21s…..never was much on carrots(thought those were only for rabbits gotta put a bump in for DOBYNS!!! Awesome, awesome rods and company… Hope you get it worked out, you sold your P2 yet? You going to resize canoes? Andy

I have heard it sucks with them, I think I read somewhere a guy went back to where he brought it and they helped him out by contacting them. Maybe try BassPro.

Ive been lurking some just dont comment a whole lot anymore.Still got the P2. Got it out of storage and started back fishing some a couple weeks ago and Im afraid Im gonna talk myself out of selling it. LolDecided to drop the hammer on it Sunday and itll still break 76mph

Ive heard through Facebook is your best shot. Im seeing phone and email is getting no responses. I had put an order in for one. Its been on back order and every few days they bump the shipment date back another few days. This is been going on for four months. I was buying it solely as a goof. I just cancelled the order, if a company has been out of stock on almost every rod for a half of a year its not a good sign. Your complaint Ive been seeing a lot of. Rumor has it they will give u a new one but a $40 shipping charge is required. Doesnt sound like a free rod to me. Good luck

I commented on the Facebook page about it and the comment was deleted and now Im not able to comment on there page anymore. I suspect that they are on the way out and just trying to sell out theyre stock before announcing it.

The way I was told was that the E21 were good rods until the “bean counters” started tweaking the production materials and methods to make a better profit margin..I wonder what the profit margin is these days ???I hope you get some resolve… Im thinking that you might have to chalk this one up to experiencePractice Angling CPRCatchPictureRelease2010 PIV 200SHO

I have had no luck contacting anyone either. Finally I just trashed it and moved on. They will be getting no more of my money. I broke mine in one of the worst situations. Was fishing a tournament on lake fork and had a most likely over the slot fish on when it broke and the broken edge of rod ended up cutting my line. possibly cost me several thousand $$$$.
