Ok folks, I have a 1999 pantera and the bilge pumps wont come on along with the horn. The lights in the dash panel all work except for those devices. Do I need to buy the entire panel or just the switches behind the panel? Thanks for the help. I must say that Basscat customer service is second to none. I needed new cables , they sent the wrong helm assembly so I called and they next day air mailed the correct helm.
