You need to check the voltage w/ Tm plugged in and preferrably runniing… esp if you are using a digital meter…you could be reading a surface charge on the batt… pay attention to how fast the volts drop as the motor runs… Most Auto parts stores have a device to put a load on the batt..when testing..you could take tham out and go by AZ, NAPA etc..
