Electronics killing battery

I am running three depth finders on my 07 Puma. I have an LCX 110 on the bow a LCX 111hd behind the console and a 997csi also behind the console and after about six or seven hours of fishing they drain the battery dead. Its a 36 volt system with all new blue top batterys pretty much brand new. All three depth finders are running off the same battery. I tried to put two of them on a trollin battery but when you run the trolling motor on high the depth finders will cut off. So i aint sure what to try next any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Do you have three or four batteries in your boat?Are you running the big motor much during the day?Are you running a stereo or any other major electronics off the starting battery?

I have four batteries in the boat and no stereo or nothin like that and not really runnin the big motor much and when i do its not for a very long amount of time.

i will have to check not real sure. It is the blue top gell cell optima D31 i think it the $220.00 for the battery.

With a group size that big, you shouldnt have that big of a draw down. I run an 1197 and two x27cs throughout a tournament day, 3 battery 36v TM setup. It lasts throughout the day and them some.

Three large screens is a bunch of drain, though what is the amp rating on the Optima. How much does the battery weigh and AGM 31 your sure?

As has been stated, 3 big graphs pull a lot of energy.I just did some research on the RESERVE capacity of three batteries:Optima 34 series–Blue Top–120 minutes Reserve Cap.Optima 31 series–Blue Top-155 minutes(this is their biggest, baddest marine battery)Trojan SCS 225–Conventional lead acid–225 reserve minutes, 820 CCAClearly, the Trojan numbers are SIGNFICANTLY higher in terms of reserve power than the Optimas.The Sears AGM Series 31 Platinum is also a great battery with over 1000 cranking amps and about 220 reserve minutes.Im thinking your batteries just dont have the reserve to hang with what you are wanting them to do.Mike Whitten/Germantown, TN

thanks for doin the research Mike. The optima batteries are not as great as they are made out to be and are over priced.
