Well, I took it in and got the impeller replaced, then I took it out to the lake and it ran like crap, I couldnt get it to top speed. I took it back they ran diagnostic tests, checked the tps, plugs, coils, sensors, but nothing would come out on the computer. They said that they made a few adjustments (not sure to what) so I went to test it yesterday, and upon take off it is very sluggish, it took about 30 seconds to get some speed and plane out. I can get closer to top speed (water was a bit too choppy) but it just doesnt have the power it had before I took it to them, they are an authorized Merc dealer by the way.
