Its old school. A 93 Merc XRI 200 EFI, but it has very low hours for its age. Ive actually put 3 impellers in it in two years. Not because of overheating, but for maintenance first time, then another mechanic felt hed put one in it and charge me, then last fall I rebuilt the lower unit because of broken teeth on the clutch dog. And it pees good it seems. Like I said, on hose pipe she does great. Only thing is…. It shows around 7-8 pds water pressure, but comes up to around 20+ at higher speeds. Much lower at idle than the previous Johnson I had. But Ive been told Merc wont have water pressure as a Johnson??
