Eyra 4 blade fury prop

So Ive got a 2015 eyra, when I bought the boat it had a 26p 3 blade fury on it and the boat ran great unweighted 83 mph… When I threw all my gear in I had to switch to a 25p 3 blade fury and the boat get out of the hole good but still lost a bit on top end runs 78mph now. Im curious about buying the fury 4 blade but not sure what pitch to go with, I would like to run a 26p and get my top end back. Has anyone run this fury 4 blade on an eyra? What were your results? I havent tried a Fury 4 personally but have read where several have. They say stay with the same pitch as the Fury 3. But most lose a few mph with the Fury 4. You wont be able to run as fast loaded as you did with the boat empty though with any prop. Try to put your heaviest tackle toward the back. That will help with speed.

You may be able to stretch to a 26 Fury 4 on the Eyra and 250. They had slated a lot of testing for the Eyra and they had to hold off due to other projects. They simply got too busy, the new models fell behind and they just completed a building construction project. They are striding to meet production needs now and hit the Bassmasters Classic with the new Lynx. Weather is cooperating now and if they can they will be working on set ups as they prepare for Houston. BCB

Ive got a Fury 4 26 on order, hope to have it next week and try it out next weekend. Saying that, Ill be on Lake Conroe and highly doubtful Ill get any top speed runs. My son has a high school tournament so well be out early and hoping itll be somewhat smooth. My Eyra came with a Fury 2, 25, and hole shot is pretty good until I fill the live wells up (not often:) and topped off with gas. I can measure my garage later and try to get an accurate length of the boat and tell you the length. Ive got to pull the boat out to wash it assuming its not raining. I literally have less than a 1/4 inch and the motor has to be trimmed just right. I also have to take off the plastic piece at the front of the trolling motor. Pain but it fits.

Thanks. Hey when running the eyra does it rock.left to right align lot when running? Finally got to see one last Thursday but he couldnt take me out to ride and drive it. I wasnt planning on spending more than 40k on boat but really like this boat. So at over 60k if I decide to get one I want to make sure.

221″ with the tongue fully folded, motor trimmed down and turned to the side. As far as the side to side rocking which is chine walk, yes it will walk as all high performance rigs will. Remember to add about 4″ to the length if you choose a Yamaha SHO rather than a Pro XS
