K guys need a little technical input – the “sammich” holder (per KPink video) section of my Eyra step cooler has no drain hole. Occasionally ice or water from the right hand side sloshes into the left side, then pools there and drowns my snacks. Wet soggy moonpies are a bummer. There is a sealed tube from the cup holder passing through this area and going through a grommet in the floor of the cooler, but it is sealed with the grommett and water wont drain out via this route.So my questions: Can I safely drill a hole in the floor of the sammich section to drain this water? If so, where will the water be going? And lastly, if I do drill a hole, is there a drain fitting I can install to make it look more professional?As a sidenote, I had the same problem in the two shelf compartments in the bilge area that I fixed with drill holes. Doesnt look great but no longer holds water.
