I have checked the dash unit and dont think that it is the issue. Although I have looked at the ground block and it looks fine does not mean it is getting proper contact so that will be my next place to look to fix the problem. I have both bilge pumps not coming on the reciculator, and the aeriator will not come on. I just havent had the time to get it all looked at. Process of elimination. I really want to get this boat running.

Just take one lead at a time. Run a voltmeter to the individual wires for each function to see if they are receiving voltage on the feed line (+) and use the battery for your ground origin. Remove the ground wires from the problem. Though you can check the ground wires using the battery for the positive post also.

Yeah I am going to use the positive post and connect the ground to the wire harness. If they dont come on then it should be a grounding problem right? I had talked with one of my electrical engineers here and said to do it that way.

I went back and checked the output from the computer and this I believe is the problem. I checked the wires going to the bilge with a test light and mete and had current. I have ordered the A10 dash unit to replace the BP100. Thanks for all of the help. Bass Cat has been very helpful and other also getting me to this point where I know what is wrong.
