I like the Fury so much I use that without thought when referring to a 3-blade prop. Although I have seen what looked like two 20″ furys recently. Went from 25 to something much less when guys run em across a sand bar. BTW I doubt any bass cats are designed for hole shot specifically. But as mentioned, you can tune it as you see fit. A few years ago several wanted to go skiing. I pulled my 26 off (not BCB boat) and put a 21p on it and off we went. One guy had a set of trick skis, short and work either direction, wanted to take off backward (starting with back to the boat, face down in the water. Told me to “really get on it” as it was a hard to start. After the aborted first attempt, he said “dont get on it so much, almost dislocated my shoulders”. Of course I NEVER tried to wind it out as it was on the RPM upper bound quickly (motor had no rev limiter).I have yet to find a prop that wont launch my classic quickly. A trophy being the worst, but still not bad at all. A 26p fury is like a slingshot, even with three adults (and one dog) aboard.You want bad hole shot, you should have ridden in my old Astro, where I was running a 28p chopper.
