Im not a big fan of the wheels, but Ill live with it until I replace them with the Rocca wheels. Its been a long search, but I think Ill be happy with her. What do you guys think?2006 Pantera Classic w/200 Merc OptimaxLast edited by Jake B on September 27th, 2010, 2:47 am, edited 3 times in total. My CatI Am Second
Nice ride man. Who cares about the wheels as long as there is AIR in them to get you to the LAKE
She looks great and I like the wheels. Nice
Like the Loud Music Saying, “If 20inch Rims are Too big then you know your getting old”!!!!!! Shoot 20s are standard on alot of cars and trucks these days, I will say this, THAT IS THE HOTTEST PANTERA CLASSIC IVE EVER SEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those colors and major add ons are crazy, it probably ended up costing as much as a Pantera 2, but in 2006 their were no P2s…..Thats a Hot Azz BCB Dude…

Any idea of the specific color combination on this boat? One of the best looking color combos Ive seen.
I have the claw wheels on my 2008 p2 (see pic on the left). Would you be interested in a trade??Last edited by tracker on June 16th, 2010, 12:24 am, edited 1 time in total.basscat24
Guys/Blake, it appears to be Fire Red, Pewter and Silver pins, the red could be Red/Black but its hard to tell because of the lighting…1 Sick ass color combo, even if it has those Crazy Kids Wagon Size Wheels!!!!!!! Sorry dude I had to pick on ya again, dude Im 33, your 35, so just keep the Big Boy rims on there and Keep Pimpin!!!! BrannonYour Signature …
It has a 4 blade trophy (not sure of size yet). What is the best set up for this rig and what kind of top end am I looking at? It also has a Hot Foot and Ive never owned a boat with one before. Im not even sure how it works… Im assuming you put it in gear with the hand throttle and then accelerate with the foot pedal. Is this correct?ThanksMy CatI Am Second
Jake B, you will love it. I just got a 2007 Classic with cool colors too. The foot throttle takes a little getting used to but you will notice it more when docking etc. then when on plane. The quick response while drive at speed you get used to quick and in a good way. The boat rides so nice and is so predictable you wont believe it. Biggest tip I and others on here can give you is keep it trimmed down. 1/4 trim or a hair above max if it set up basically as how it came out of the box. When getting used to your Classic keep trimmed below 1/4. If you feel a lot of torque in the wheel, trim down first to see if it goes away. Mine has 200 Opti which most have, run a Trophy Plus 26P. Im still learning too, Im no where near an expert but there are people on here who are. This is my first glass bass boat and actually the first time I was ever in a glass bass boat was my maiden voyage in this one. Its fun! Dam nice platform to fish from too. And it sips gas!Anyway, congrats on your new ride, feel free to keep in contact. There are a couple dozen newbies with our first Basscats on here. Start reading the FAQ sections, you can search by Classic if you want. Tons of info there. Good luck.Brian
