Are the actual reels any good? I have always fished Shimano and Abu. Been looking to try either the quantum energy or XO. This is a great price if the real is decent. Anybodys thoughts on quantum reels?

Well, I bought 9 of them (EXO) today. Sold my 9 chronarch ci4 reels last week ($200 each) and was looking for something new and different. This will be different as I have not fished with a Quantum reel in 20 years. For $124.99 felt like I could afford to take the chance and keep a little money in my pocket. Bought one at the local BPS today, spooled it, and it is smooth. Extremely light and casts very well with no backlashes. This one will go back tomorrow for return credit. Hope they last!!
